Catrinette

In September 2012, Katharina Marchgraber, an art historian by training and next of kin to an antiques dealer, established Catrinette to turn her passion for collecting vintage decor, clothing and furniture into her profession. Located on Porzellangasse, the main thoroughfare of the ninth district's Servitenviertel - a lively neighborhood with a deep appreciation for culture and the arts - this unique four-leaf clover-shaped boutique is a vintage lover's paradise. Marchgraber carefully curates her inventory by scouring flea markets everywhere from Paris to Berlin and Copenhagen, with an affinity for lamps because of their sculptural element and key role in setting an interior's atmosphere and mood. Catrinette mostly features items from the mid-twentieth century, like the three-dimensional wireframe art that was popular in the '50s. Cozy, affordable and full of newfound treasures, Catrinette continues to win over patrons looking for something special to add to their homes.Show lessRead more
