Yves Andrieux & Vincent Jalbert

Yves Andrieux and Vincent Jalbert opened the doors of their boutique in 2003. After drawing collections for couture fashion houses and designing window displays for the most prestigious stores in Paris, creating their own label was an obvious progression. Their showroom of expertly tailored garments, bags, hats, pillows and more are made from vintage fabrics. Found in flea markets and thrift stores around the world, the selection varies from recuperated army tents, duffels, and parachutes to strong graphic prints from the 50’s and 60’s. Each piece designed by the two men is unique, battling the homogeny of today’s fashion trends. From sketching out the prototype in their atelier at the rear of the store, to sewing the garments and accessories in nearby factories that are still located in the heart of Paris, the vision of Andrieux and Jalbert is embodied in the quality and uniqueness of the final product. Pass by their boutique to get a glimpse of true craftsmen and visionaries at work. Their accomplished style and sensibility emanates from the recuperated fabrics that proudly show their history.Show lessRead more
