French Trotters

French Trotters began in 2005 as a boutique for chic men’s and women’s clothing and accessories. Owners Carole and Clarent Dehlouz, inspired by their globe trotting pasts, meticulously select the labels that line the shelves of their Bastille area shop. From this one store, they gradually created a name for themselves in the Parisian fashion scene and after some time, saw the room for growth. Since then they have opened a children’s store and have even added their own in-house clothing line to the racks. The goal with every store is to create a timeless aesthetic, one that inspires in an effortless Parisian way. This past year, the couple embarked on yet another change, perhaps the biggest yet. Taking place of their previous men’s only boutique in the Marais neighborhood, the French Trotter flagship store now includes more than just well crafted clothing for men and women. Carole and Clarent have created a one-stop lifestyle shop.  Filling the two floors are clothes, accessories, home décor, cosmetics and more. But don’t think of clutter just because there are a lot of choices. True to their style, the space is clean, contemporary and functionally chic.Show lessRead more
