The Goodhood Store

Established in 2007 with the intention of bringing innovative fashion to East London, The Goodhood Store has built a foundation on originality and individuality. Dealing in both mens and womenswear the importance is on the fluidity of the collections, which sit amongst the beautiful salvaged timber and minimalist fixtures of the boutique. High-end brands like Commes Des Garcons and Junya Watanabe mix with subtle Karen Walker pieces. Goodhood is proud to have championed the rise in Scandinavian design, having supported the ultra-cool Norse Projects in London from the store’s inception. Five-panel caps and plaid shirts sum up Goodhood’s love of functional streetwear and prove hugely popular with Hoxton’s hipsters. Goodhood is famed for its accessibility – the devil is in the detail here. Whether that’s the crisp lines of a Libertine Libertine blouse or the intricate stitching in a YMC sweater. It would be no exaggeration to say that the store heavily inspires the area’s look and as if that weren’t enough for you, the Goodhood Gallery preaches all things aesthetic in the adjacent block.Show lessRead more
