DUMBO
An acronym for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass, DUMBO is the waterfront development that fans out from the nascent Brooklyn Bridge Park. Though a vast portion of DUMBO real estate has been transformed into offices, the last decade has also seen the area become a hot spot for the arts and an occasional satellite venue for the Brooklyn Flea.
