A leafy area between Holborn and Euston Road, Bloomsbury is famous for its literary and academic history. It has been home at one stage or another, to the likes of Charles Darwin, Charles Dickens and even Bob Marley. The British Museum remains its proudest landmark but chic Lambs Conduit Street is the place to shop.
