24 Kilates

Half-way between showroom and shop, 24 Kilates is the go-to place in Barcelona for all things street, from retro sneakers, hoodies and jeans to accessories, books and toys. Situated across the road from Estació de França train station on the edge of the Born district, this bright modern space offers two floors of products which blend urban fashion and art. 24 Kilates is one of very few shops worldwide given the opportunity to collaborate regularly with brands such as Nike, Asics and New Balance to design its own sneakers. These limited edition models only appear in a select group of stores around the world, so chances of you ever bumping into anyone else wearing the same pair as you are slim to none. Each new limited-edition line of sneakers is ushered in with a launch party, complete with DJ and drinks, attended by assorted press members and the city’s urban set.
